    • The confirming bank: definition of reinforcement, explanation of reasons for requesting reinforcement.
    • The named bank: clarification of the concept of Restricted Credit and free-of-circulation credit

  • Types of documentary credits in terms of the strength of the guarantee for the beneficiary and the method of availability in the documentary credit:
    • Loyalty: perusal credits – acceptance credits – deferred payment credits.
    • Negotiation Credits

    • The accreditation issued by the strength of the accreditation incoming
    • Approving the down payment
    • Dependence vertigo
    • Approval of the guarantee
  • Conditions and terms to be met in documentary credits as per UCP600:
    • The value of the credit.
    • The date and place of validity of the credit.
    • Deadline for shipping and shipping periods.
    • The period for submitting documents.
    • Margins to allow the value, quantity, and unit price in documentary credits.
    • Partial shipment and Qatarization of all modes of transport and the exceptions that must be taken into account and mentioned in the unified rules and customs of documentary credits, Bulletin No. 600 when preventing the Qatarization.
    • Correspondent banking commissions and expenses.
    • Description of the goods or service.
  • Amendments to the documentary credit.
  • The documents required for documentary credits and their submission (the corresponding documents, the contradictory documents, and the rejection notice).
